At Leftoo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All tags and original packaging must be intact.

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Socks, undergarments, or personal hygiene products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items damaged due to misuse

3. Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear pictures/videos of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds will be made via bank transfer or original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the mistake was from our side).

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Customers may need to pay return shipping charges (unless the error is ours).

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.
